Hello! My name is Cortlyn Patterson and I am a peer mentor at the Promise Scholars office. I am an Economics major here at UCSB and I will be graduating in the spring of 2027. I am a member of both the Promise Scholars program and Honors program. My hometown is San Diego, California. With my time here in Santa Barbara, I also work at Greater Girls Inc. as a gymnastics coach, and volunteer with NAB and Santa Barbara Humane. I am interested in anything athletic and outdoors; hiking, volleyball, photography, working out, and traveling. I am grateful to be a part of this team and build my professional skills helping out peers with any questions they might need help answering.
